The apartments of Tupasvilla A & B are in a high standard double house made of silver pine log. The size of each apartment is 68 m2 + loft with 20 m2. Each apartment consists of a large combined living- room and kitchen, two bedrooms down stairs, 1 bedroom up stairs plus 2 extra beds on the loft, bathroom and sauna. There are beds for 8 persons. The cozy combined living-room and kitchen is decorated and furnished in style. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, drying closet for cloth, dishwasher, drying cupboard, fridge, Coffeemaker, TV, VCR, CD/radio etc. The double house is located beside the lake Talvijärvi in the area of West Ruka. The nearest lift is only 450 m from the house, a short walk across the frozen lake Talvijärvi. The lift takes you directly to the Centre of Ruka. Cross-country skiing track passes the chalet.

Rukanhelmi Jr. (The Pearl of Ruka Jr.) is a high standard row house apartment of silver pine log. The size of the apartment is 51 m2 + loft of 12 m2. The apartment consists of a large combined living- room and kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, sauna and a loft of 12 m2. There are beds for seven people, three of them are loft beds. One of the two bedrooms has two high quality spring mattresses as beds and the other bedroom has a bunk bed, the width of the lower bed is 110 cm and the width of the upper bed is 80 cm. All the loft beds are also equipped with high quality spring mattresses. There are seats for seven people at the dining table. The cosy combined living-room and kitchen is decorated and furnished in style. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, drying cupboard, fridge, TV, video/DVD, CD/radio etc. The row house is located beside the lake Talvijärvi in the area of West Ruka. There is a dining table for 12 persons. All the rooms and facilities are made even for a big group of guests but still saving a cosy atmosphere. The Rukanhelmi chalet is located in the western part of Ruka, nearbye lake Talvijärvi. The nearest lift is within 400 meter`s distance from the chalet, across the frozen lake Talvijärvi. The lift takes you right into the center of the Ruka village. Skiing tracks pass by the chalet. During the season of open water we can provide a boat, for extra charge, to use at the lake Kesäjärvi, which is only a few kilometers from the chalet.Saaruantähti

The total area of the chalet is 100 m2 with a combined kitchen- and living room, four bedrooms, one big bathroom with sauna, two small bathrooms without shower, a utility room and a terrace offering views to three different directions. The chalet is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, drying closet for sport cloths, high quality cutlery, TV, DVD/video, stereo and firewood etc. There is also a 8M broadband connection for your portable. The chalet sleeps eight persons and has additional beds for two and two more extra mattresses if needed. The closest lift and restaurant are, in winter time, within 400 metres distance from the chalet. Cross Country track passes the chalet at the bottom of the hill. From the southern hill of Saarua there is a spectacular and unrestricted view of the slopes of Vuosseli.

The chalet consists of a large combined kitchen and livingroom area, six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a sauna for eight persons and it provides good storage facilities for outdoor gear. There are beds for sixteen people and additional beds for five. The chalet is equipped with two fridges, a freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, drying closet, high quality cutlery, 55`` LED Smart TV, home theatre system with DVD- karaoke and two microphones, firewood etc. Internet is proivided by cable connection and WIFI network. The dinner table can be split in two parts and it seats up to twenty people at a time. The chalet is located next to the lift station of Vuosseli in the area of East-Ruka, only 50 m from the slopes, 100 m from the nearest lift and about 100 m from the cross-country skiing track.
